Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website neably.com and email sent by Neably. The controller is Neably Limited, Global Gateway 8, Rue de La Perle, Mahé, Seychelles, contact@neably.com. The site has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to handle your request, for example a question about a domain name or an app. Our email is hosted by Hostinger, and data may be processed outside your country.

Emails we send about domain names. If we email you about a domain name, we found your address in public sources, such as your website. We use it only to contact you about that name, based on our legitimate interest in offering it to businesses it may be relevant to. If you would like us to stop, reply STOP and we will not contact you again.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Hostinger, may record technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to provide a service you asked for, such as with a domain marketplace or escrow service when completing a domain sale, or where required by law.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request, and at most two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we can respect that request.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email contact@neably.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Neably Limited is based in Seychelles, so your information is processed outside your country, including by our email and hosting provider, Hostinger.

Each app's data practices are set out in that app's own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play listing. This policy covers the website and our email only.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
